Matia Group Holding is the first and largest international hotel construction consortium that has begun with the participation of the most important and most influential domestic and foreign brands in architecture and building. The large consortium with the management and guidance of Soheil Shirazi, the prominent Iranian designer, has been able to launch the process of building international hotels in Iran as EPCF for the first time.
The EPCF is actually the vocabulary: Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Finance, which can easily be interpreted as designing, engineering, supplying, constructing, executing, and financing.
In EPCF projects, all activities required to run one (or several) projects from the design and engineering stage to financing, procurement, and final construction are assigned to a contractor.
The EPCF contracts are much deeper and more than simply putting together some simple words. Combining or interlace technical operations, designing, executing, and supply and capital is a very serious and complex process.
Mattia Group has completed five hotel projects in the cities of Sanandaj, Mako, Qeshm Island, Kish Island and Aras Free Zone, to date, all of which are moving in the direction of progress and finalization as EPCF.
